Reason Capitalism Appears Not to be Working

The reason capitalism has been under assault and said not to be working is simple. Those individuals we the people have put in office as representatives, senators and presidents have passed laws, rules and regulations restricting the free market and capitalism! They have done exactly what those who came to this country for initially were escaping from, an oppressive government.

It is obvious our elected officials don’t understand the founding principles of this country. The majority of them do not truly understand what their job description is. They don’t understand the constitution of the United States of America and they obviously haven’t read and understand the Declaration of Independence. If they had they wouldn’t be making the decisions they have been for the past 50 years or so and we the people wouldn’t keep putting them back into office.

It is scary we have elected a socialist as our next president. Then again we the people have put into both houses of congress a majority of liberals/socialists to help promote the liberal/socialist agenda. Apparently, in reading the tea leaves, the country as a whole basically thinks the government is there to help them. What can the government give me they think? At least that’s what their votes have stated. It would be interesting to know if all those who voted democrat/liberal this past election even know what, in the big scheme of things, they did by putting leftists into office. However, his opponent on the Republican side wasn’t much better being a little right of Obama but a liberal at heart.

Not only are the majority of elected representatives in Washington and in our states ignorant of the principles upon which this nation was founded and built, but sad to say, it appears the majority of we the people are ill informed as well.

If what has been said here offends some of you great! Read the US Constitution and Declaration of Independence. Get familiar with what the difference between socialism and capitalism is. In order to get this country back on track we must know where we came from.

It is time we the people vote people out of office who don’t have the best interest of this country at heart and time to vote those people who stand for what our founders stood for into office.

Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, our rights as citizens, that's all we the people want.

It is time my friends for The Second Revolution which can only be won at the ballot box by we the people!
